Single or married man

Most likely, an irregular working day and business trips are more suitable for a bachelor than for a family person. If the work ahead is more measured, then the attention of the employer is more likely to be attracted by a family person, as more responsible, reasonable and obligatory. Since family life implies stability and reliability, the candidate will most likely possess these qualities and will be less prone to unjustified risks.
Married and single women

The marital status of a woman also causes an ambiguous attitude. On the one hand, if a woman is not married, then it is highly likely that soon she will nevertheless get a family and go on maternity leave. On the other hand, the burden of family responsibilities does not lie on her shoulders, and she can completely devote herself to a career. Do not be surprised if the interviewer is interested in your plans for the near future.

Women often devote more attention to children than men. Therefore, the presence of children threatens an increased number of lateness and time off. Children often get sick, and it is very difficult to refuse a loving mother in such a situation. However, married women will no longer think about the structure of their personal lives and disperse attention to it.
Civil marriage

It is not recommended that you tell your employer that you are in a civil marriage. If for some reason you do not want to legally formalize the relationship, the employer may decide that you are not reliable enough and problems with stability in work may arise.


Of course, it all depends on the specifics of the job and the preferences of the employer. But hiding your marital status is pointless - this will still be known.
